Returns

Please get in touch with ECOROLL (send an Email to mail-usa[at]ecoroll[dot]com or call +1 513 248 4700) or your dedicated sales person in order to support you with the selection and commissioning of a parcel service or forwarding agency.
Please use appropriate packaging and enclose the completed returns form.
Ensure sufficient postage, because we will not accept freight collect parcels. Postage will be refunded afterwards.
