Combined skiver and roller burnishing tool type RDS
for cylinders and internal surfaces
Diameter range 38 – 60 mm
The tool holder equipped with the RETRAC system and RDS tool is suitable for machining short cylinders with length of up to 6 m Länge (depending on diameter and stiffness). The liners are skived and roller burnished in a single pass.

- Floating skiver with two cutting edges (indexable inserts)
- Simple cutter and diameter adjustment
- After machining, the roller head automatically collapses; the tool can be retracted quickly without damaging the worpiece.
